Owners at Southern Oaks can pay their monthly fees in one of the following ways:

 

1. Write a check and mail payment with monthly coupon.  Coupons are mailed at the end of the year for the following year.

2. Sign up for automatic electronic payments through the Association.

3. Owners can send payment using their bank's online banking.  If you choose this option, please put your address down as your account number.

4. Pay directly at the Association's bank website.

 

Please note, monthly fees are due on the 15th each month and are subject to a $25 late fee.
